Très bien accueillis par le staff, Angélique et Léonie, nous étions venus en famille et avions réservé 2 chambres dont une cabrio👍. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme, sans bruit extérieur et bien entretenu. La literie était très correcte et la propreté était de rigueur. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un court mais agréable séjour dans ce lieu de passage. Encore une bonne adresse à ajouter à nos favoris 😁😉. Les Nordistes 😎

Too little for the money

Surprised to be told on arrival towels cost extra for Accor customers and to be asked for more money for breakfast and local taxes already paid. Latter waived after my protest. The secure car park wasn't - the gate was broken.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I assure you that the Parking is secure and the door was not broken, it was simply new and in the process of being installed. For breakfasts either they are included in the reservation or to be paid in addition on the spot. Tourist taxes are never paid in advance because they are due only in case of stay and payable at reception. Indeed, the brand has made the responsible and ecological choice by encouraging our customers to use their own towels and, if necessary, the customer can buy their towel for €3 on site. charged twice on website, dirty beds, zero customer care when complaining

After crashing several times during booking, their website charged me twice (which I only discovered when the bank statement came), then we stayed overnight en route to the alps, and didn't expect much as it is a cheap bed for a night. we got less than we expected as the bed was previously slept in and had another person's pubic hairs left in it. Tried to make a complaint via the Accor customer care site. eventually got a response saying they would forward the complaint to the hotel. No further response, so emailed again. They said they'd give the hotel 72 hours to respond. That was a month ago and now, after two further emails to Accor, I have heard nothing further... avoid this hotel specifically and hope you don't have to deal with their customer 'care' team
