Old and very smelly corridors Yes it’s a cheap hotel but other ibis budget are not like that Floors are dirty. Bed sheets were clean but mattresses were so dirty Even though staff are very friendly, I would never visit again nor would I recommend any friend to stay there

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There was a lot of infiltration in the roof and the door of our bathroom was not closing. I know it is a ibis budget, but could be better maintained. For one night it is ok, but I do not recommend long stay.

The staff are amazing. Remember it’s a budget hotel you get what you get and is reasonable . I’ve been going a year now back and fourth . Lots to do nice clean rooms with air conditioning and heating too. Any problems just speak to staff they help out as much as they can. I enjoyed using the PlayStation when I was bored and good lift too. Was perfect thanks

Does what it says on the tin for a budget hotel. We weren’t expecting the world but the room was comfortable, towels were changed daily (we stayed 2 nights) & most importantly it has a big car park (free when you stay). Yes the location isn’t very central, but it is a 1-mile walk to the nearest tram stop (search Grattenstade) which will take you direct to the centre of the city for about 3.50euro each. Beats a taxi which quoted us 40.00! Would stay again, but it isn’t a long term option - room is small, and our 14-year old wasn’t too impressed sleeping on the bunk bed. But as I said, does what it says on the tin.

The property is surrounded by a high wire fence, grown through with weeds, the entrance to parking and to the hotel were not apparent. Even the IBIS sign was not illuminated. It was very confusing, even to confirm it was the hotel or to find a way in. However, the manager on duty, Guillaume, responded immediately to email and was very welcoming and completely restored my spirit after I arrived. The property is heavily used and so needs some work. But, everything was clean. Everything worked. Guillaume and the other staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast offerring was first rate, food service and beer were available until quite late into the night. And, it was all good. Also, there is exercise equipment, TV lounge, foosball, etc. Nobody was using, but it was available. Quite a place. I would be happy to stay there again, now that I know the way in.
