A big thank you to Antoine for the efficiency and hospitality. Overall a great restaurant; good food a menu with options. The dishes were served rapidly and the decor was beautiful with sports bar atmosphere but at the same time quiet restaurant.

The rooms are very dated. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had in over a month in Europe. Food and drink at the bar however was limited and very pricey. The location of the hotel is on a busy street without much to see. You need to take a car to get anywhere.

It is fair to say that all Novotel hotels, in France at least, are the same. This can be good - clean, decent rooms, capable staff; but also bad - boring, sterile and lacking character. They appear to add giant teddy bears to make it seem fun, but there is no masking the truth.

The staffs are nice and helpful. But I think the walls need repaints. I think the hotel needs refurbished. It has all the necessary amenities though. And the location is really near the metro stop pont de serves. The hotel itself swarmed with people with group tours so the breakfast can be very chaotic.

This was supposed to be a positive review but after my emails being ignored. Unfortunately tables have turned

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise
