Amazing hotel in terms of the perfect location and the exceptional customer service by all the wonderful staff, who are always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay truly memorable. The hotel and lobby are very beautiful, modern and luxurious. The check-in was very smooth. My lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed as well as a lovely bathtub with hot water. While, the swimming pool was also amazing with the right temperature to swim. The buffet breakfast was truly delicious with everything you can think of. Thank you very much for this amazing stay and I’m already counting the days to be back. Cheers

Location is terrible. Gare Du Nord area is a nightmare with homeless people and migrants. Smell on the street is body fluids. I felt unsafe here. The most unsafe I felt anywhere in Europe. Hotel itself ok if it was somewhere else.

From check in to check out the experience was top class. The staff on all levels were just the best nothing was to much trouble. The reception staff were like tour guides aswell as receptionists. Ask anything and they take the time to explain it to you, directions etc. The hotel itself is immaculate, rooms ideal spacious clean and well equipped. Swimming pool an added bonus for the kids they loved it. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of choice. The location is perfect for sightseeing. Overall I have to give it 10/10. Thank you for making me and my daughters Paris trip a trip to truly remember.

Really nice hotel for a few days in Paris. Location was 10/10. Great size room, really modern and clean. Bathroom was also clean with nice toiletries. Staff were friendly and the hotel bar was great.

We stayed a night at this hotel and we were really impressed. It is near to metro, the counter staffs are polite and welcoming, the room is big, clean and comfortable. The kids play area is a hit with our children and the add-on breakfast is affordable for the good spread. Will definitely stay more nights on our future visit to Paris.
