Always a great service here - no-frills hotel but plenty of parking a nice breakfast! Close to Versaille and other attractions. The staff here really make the hotel though - always friendly and helpful!

I am a regular guest at this hotel and always I get a warm welcome and excellent service. Although the bar and catering is basic it is acceptable and convenient. For me it is ideally located close to my place of work and is close to the motorway network.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at hotel Ibis Jouy en Jozas. The establishment is well located : in under ten minutes by car you are at the gates of Versailles palace. The twenty four hour reception is very convenient for people who want to attend an evening event (grandes eaux nocturnes) at the palace. The hotel offers free parking, another plus which is hard to find near Versailles. The room was clean with a good mattress and a fine shower. The area is quiet and allows a good sleep. The walls seem rather thin but our neighbours did not bother us at night. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered good variation.

hotel cancelled my booking without notifying me

arrived to the hotel and been told that the room got cancelled by them. had to find another hotel which was about 15km away. the receptionist was rude and wanted to kick me out without waiting for taxi arrival. had to remind him that i will call to police to shut him up. overall terrible service and poor customer relationship.

It is a nice clean and quiet hotel for a reasonable price. I have read the review claiming "it is in the middle of nowhere and it's hard to get anywhere" - I could not disagree more, as it is just few minutes walk from L'Onde "light rail station", from where you can get easily to centre of Paris (Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel station) in just over 30 minutes with just 1 interchange, and in about 20 minutes to Versailles (Gare de Versailles Château Rive Gauche station); you can buy whatever ticket you need from the machine at the light rail stop (looks like a tramway really). Really good spot to get to Paris and Versailles and to save some money, as significantly cheaper than Paris accomodation. I agree with one of the reviews that it is a bit unclear how to get there as you travel by car - but still manageable, however wouldn't hurt if the directions were more clearly displayed on route. We thought the breakfast was not not spoiled for the choice but still quite decent; the staff was very helpful and nice and even though we cannot speak French, we have managed to get directions in English which we were thankful for. Overall very satisfied.
