This hotel is literally minutes away from the highway West of Nancy. Great service, limited menu but high quality restaurant, the famous good Ibis service with all needed facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. I got a welcome drink upon arrival as well. I usually get a little extra service in some way because I 'm a privilege member, if you use Accor hotels a lot, it really does pay to become a member.

1 night business stay. Good Covid procedures and a very clean hotel and room. Good car park. Very close to motorway. My room could do with an update but was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast good. Great steak. Lovely helpful staff.

I cant rate this place highly enough, we have stopped here a few times on our way to Italy and every time the staff have been lovely. There is a lady in the restaurant who alwasy remember me and my faily which is not what you expect with a chain hotel. The food in the restaurant is really good, the rooms as more or less what you would expect, not 5 star but are clean and fine for what is needed. My Daughter managed to leave behind her teddy there when we visited late December 2019, we contacted the hotel, they confirmed it was there and were very nice, sent us a photo of him sitting next to the Christmas tree which made my daughter feel much better. When we returned our teddy was sitting on the bed in our room, with a present for each of the children - outstanding service that really goes above and beyond! Huge thanks to all staff there who have made our visits so enjoyable.

When we arrived, it was sticky atmosphere. However airco was not necessary according to the staff although the kitchen echaust was workong full power. I had never such an ecperience before. The rooms are ok, but need clearly an update. Diner was not to be compared with our great experience with Ibis Orange the week before. My brother got salmon on a rotten avocado. Placemats were not given and after the starter we were supposed to keep knife and fork. This was not accepted by us. The red wine was served Ice cold. We got new cutlery and new starter and discount. The rooms were still sticky and opening the window was no option because of the noise from the kitchen exhaust. Breakfast was ok and I filed a complaint because of the rotten advocado that was prepared without any interest in the dish or the client. I do not think I can recommend this place and unless they copy they copy the hospitality of Ibis Orange, they won' t see me again.

Was working nearby so booked here for convenience really. It was a good price €70 per night, but booked well in advance - standard rate was €100. My rate includes breakfast. The rooms were typically Ibis, comfy beds and a little bit tired but generally fine. The restaurant area is much more modern and attractive. Breakfast is ok - again typical ibis offering. Car parking is free but limited, virtually full when I arrived. All in all a good value for money stay!
