I am truly sorry for the unacceptable conditions you encountered in your assigned bedroom upon arrival. This is completely unacceptable, and I understand how distressing and inconvenient it must have been for you. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced when seeking a resolution to the cleanliness issues. Regarding the provision of room service and complimentary amenities, after discussing your complaint with our fellow receptionists, I was informed that you have been upgraded to our Privilege category for both of the rooms booked, completely free of charge. This upgrade includes a range of exclusive amenities and benefits to enhance your stay with us. In addition to your upgraded accommodations, you received complimentary bottled water replenished daily. Our minibar offerings was also be provided to you at no extra cost, allowing you to indulge in a selection of beverages at your convenience. Furthermore, as Privilege guests, you had access to all the amenities that are standard in our Privilege rooms. This includes enhanced room features, among others, comfortable bathrobes and slippers to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
