A true pleasure to come back each year at the Sofitel Villa Borghese Roma. Just expect perfection, from the kindness of all staff members, the cleanliness of the room, the delicious rooftop breakfast. One of the Best in Rome!

It's hard to be a "best" in a city of thousands of properties, but I would place the Borghese Sofitel amongst them! Location is great; walking distance to the Borghese Museum, Spanish Steps, Trevi, Forum/Coliseum, and a short drive to the Vatican. Service is impeccable and I spent hours in the rooftop restaurant. We will be back!!

An excellent hotel, well placed for the gardens of the Villa Borghese. Great restaurant on the top floor with a wide view across the terrace. We had a fine room, well proportioned with elegant decorations. Great staff and a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very elegant boutique hotel with a great location next to Borghese Park. It's a romantic place and more suitable for couples. I liked the terrace very much, breakfast is served at the terrace with a great view overlooking ancient Rome. Nice staff at Reception.

My experience at Hotel Sofitel Roma was far from what one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The hotel's inability to provide tour services, especially in a city like Rome, which is rich in historical and cultural sites, was baffling and unacceptable. As guests at a luxury hotel, we expected comprehensive services, including assistance with arranging tours to prominent attractions. This significant shortcoming greatly diminished the quality of our stay. It's preposterous for a hotel of this supposed standard to neglect such a crucial aspect of the guest experience.
