We booked via Jet2. A modern hotel in a quiet area. It’s about a 10 min walk to the main Stephensplatz area. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We contacted them in advance to book a taxi for us from Vienna airport and they arranged a fixed fare of 55 euros for this 20 min trip. Housekeeping did a great job – very clean and tidy. Free water replenished daily. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a free to use safe. WIFI was free and worked fine. Bed was comfortable and we had individual duvets. There was a Billa mini supermarket nearby – close to the back entrance of Belvedere. We booked dinner at a fondue restaurant- Restaurant Chamaleon near Stephansplatz and loved it –We also went to Al Borgo Italian and that was great too.

Staff is very polite and helpful. We slept like in heaven and the room is very convenient. The shower is very refreshing after an exciting day in Vienna.

Great location. Hotel really careful of details and design. Good breakfast. Really suggested. Gym with modern tecnogym tools. Room enough big with a lot of cream for body. Just in front of konzerthaus. You have only to cross the street ....

The hotel was superb. From the moment we arrived at reception we were greeted with first class service. The staff were exceptional in every area, they were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room had little extras that made you feel special. The hotel breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Mrs A M

beautiful holiday, the hotel offers many services and the rooms are of high quality. I consider this hotel one of the best. the cost of the rooms is in line with this category of hotel although the services are superior. When I return to Vienna I will certainly book this hotel.
