I stayed here for 5 days while on a business trip. The hotel entrance is nice and the rooms are bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. However, there was a constant damp and musty smell in the room. The weather was very humid, so I suspect this could have contributed to the issue but it was quite strong and not nice. I would prefer to stay in another hotel next time. My colleagues mentioned Noom but I opted for The Pullman. However, I don’t think that was the best decision.

A lovely hotel with spacious modern rooms and a wonderful view. All was fine during our stay. However I was very disappointed that it proved impossible to get a response from the hotel prior to our stay. No-one ever answers the phone and emails went unanswered even when they were directed to the hotel via the central Accor customer services. This was extremely unfortunate and not something I have ever experienced from an Accor hotel before. So all in all a good stay but improvements needed in replying to guests.

I went to Adiraja for work meetings and this was my first stay at the Pullman. The room had a gorgeous view of the room, that is about the only good feature. The hotel is dated, though they did try to renovate the rooms, taking out the file carpet covering all of the hallways. If now only the hotel managed to clean the floors, that would be something. One pass door to bed and the soles of the feet were black. Sunday morning at 8am cleaning barged into my room and when I dared to complaint informed I should have pu the “do not disturb” sign out. Suffice to say they did not clean my room before noon for the remainder of my stay. The lobby, bar and terrace are nice enough, but unusable on a Sunday as the crowd from the brunch hosted in the main restaurant is boisterous and due to it being all open floor, one is part of the crowd if one does not retire to one’s room. The pool is nice enough but to get to and from it, one has to parade through the restaurant, past anyone who happens to be there. But worst is probably the incompetence of the front desk. I had requested a wake up call and booked an airport transfer for my departure (a 4:00am flight) and reconfirm both twice the night before departure, well neither the wake up call happened not had a transfer be arranged causing me to almost miss my flight and scrambling to find a taxi at 2:30am. Never again

First the good stuff. The bedrooms Are of good size and the bed was comfortable to my standard. I heard almost no noise during my stay. On the other side, the service is deplorable. Coffee breaks without coffee. Participants ask for coffee and it arrives after 40 minutes. However the participants of the next room have coffee in their area. Breakfast: food does not get refilled (cheese, ham, butter, cereals etc. You ask for a coffee and it arrives after 15 minutes. Dinner: dishes change continuously however the menu estates prawns with pancakes. They service pancakes sometimes, other times service rice, or potatoes or friend banana. I asked them by and they said we have no more pancakes or rice, or potatoes etc. Order a bottle of water and arrives after 15-30 minutes. In brief consistently extremely slow during 7 days of workshops.
