Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Dog friendly. Good breakfast and really clean comfortable room. The secure parking was useful with a 2.0m height limit. The only slight negative was the room was quite small.

Great stay at this hotel. It’s a pretty basic Ibis, no frills but very comfortable and clean. Has a nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. Best part of hotel is the friendly staff, especially Brian at the front desk. He is very helpful, professional and helped us with travel arrangements to the train station on a Sunday morning.

Excellent welcome by all staff good value for money. good location the hotel does require upgrading but the friendly staff more than make up for the decor.Good location by the river and has access to a restaurant as the hotel does not serve food.

Room was adequate for the price. Location was good, breakfast was average but tasty. Shower and bathroom was small as was the room but more than enough for 1 or 2 people for a day or two. Would stay again if I am in the area.

... and then staying at Ibis Chateau-Thierry is fine: it's a standard Ibis with friendly staff, clean functional rooms and a decent breakfast, but the one thing missing is airconditioning. Even on a not too tropical day in July, the room was hot and stuffy, and fully opening a window on the ground floor overseeing the parking lot is not really an option.
