l would say very good location and nice room, and they cater all type of needs but make sure to book early as this place is hot and happening. meaning to say lota of shops , shopping , eating to experience. no cons for this hotel as l really loved it with my family stay

I was surprised by how my stay at the hotel went. I read several more negative visits but my was excellent. Great room, great service, great location. What more do you want. Hoping to book the hotel again next year.

The worst Novotel

The location is the best, but that’s it. Staffs are kind, but just kind they do nothing for you. Very dirty room. I also couldn’t find clean dishes in the morning buffet. When i arrived at my room, there were only one bottle of water. Only hot water, too hot so we had to take a shower. We were 3, but towels were 2 for people. I asked to fix shower, a staff came but he said he couldn’t fix it then he did nothing. Finally i had to go down to the robby then ask to change room tomorrow. Next morning the hotel gave a new room, but there were towels that someone used towels for only 1person.Finally I got angry and I complained strongly. They promised the room would be clean when i arrived in the afternoon. However when I came back to my room the used towels were still there!!!! Finally now i know it was a racism, if it’s not how they can explain it~ just lazy?? I read the novotel policy. Guests have the right not to be discriminated.I want some compensation.

Well placed Hotel and Friendly and helpful staff

I have read the latest reviews and totally disagree and I am having a dispute over a payment at the moment- the room was clean and spacious and the bed was great as was the amazing bathroom. Cleaned every day and the staff explained to us how to use the transport system and how to get to places. The Breakfast was very good and eat as much as you like - they do need to replenish the food a bit quicker. Very quite considering the location - very clean foyer and they di not mind us hanging around while we waited to leave to go to the airport However do check your bill and bank account when you come back as web have paid £20 for an unaccountable payment which they tried to blame on the umbrella company and now say we had more meals then we did !!!

Room was dirty when we arrived - there was food left on the floor from previous guests. When we reported it the first assumption was that it was from us having only just arrived (though it was cleaned up quickly afterwards). Rooms overlooking the square are quite noisy at times (particularly early hours of the morning). Breakfast okay but badly organised - had to debate with the staff on second day as someone else had already crossed off our room number. Not terrible but not great.
