Very nice place, well located, friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, clean and functional. We stayed only one night but were surprised that the centre was on walking distance. Also the fact that you can park your car at the hotel is a plus. Don'y hesitate to book your stay!

Decent Hotel

Decent yet clean hotel in Bordeaux. Parking is just at the back of the hotel. Close to the Centre of town where you could literally walk or perhaps take a train. Only issue was with air conditioning. Although it was winter, it was still quite warm for the whole family. It was good that we were allowed to open the window wider.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. A minor moan, our room was cold and the thermostat was permanently set at 18 deg, we asked for an additional blanket as none were supplied, and were given another quilt. Some flexibility with the thermostat would help. That said, the room was fine and the staff uniformly pleasant and helpful. We'd stay again - perhaps in summer.

Other than the groovy reception area, nothing else about this hotel ticks ANY boxes. Plastic (noisy!) sheet protector, no fridge (only a gap in the cabinetry where one used to be) two paper cups and that’s it as far as amenities go, no jug, and a shower you need to be very fit and able-bodied to get in and out of.

Good morning, We are sorry to read your disappointment about our rooms. Indeed, in an ecological approach and in order to reduce our energy consumption, the refrigerators were removed from our rooms because they were rarely used by our customers. However, we provide our customers with a refrigerator at reception to keep their products cool if they wish. Concerning the cups, we are also making the transition to limit our waste as much as possible and we now offer ceramic cups in each of our rooms. Additionally, a glass bottle is provided to you free of charge upon arrival and you can refill it as many times as you want with sparkling or still water. This seems to us to be a good alternative to the 50cl plastic water bottle, for our customers and for the environment. We hope to regain your trust during a future stay in Bordeaux. The room size is fairly standard. This hotel had a decent bar area, restaurant area. Walkable to most areas. Enjoyed my stay. There was a slight mix up with the nights, but I think that was due to the company that booked it.
