The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms are small, but doable. Bathroom is decent sized, but there is only one outlet in the entire room. Beds are decently comfortable. There are a few homeless people outside the building and there is also loud construction going on that began at 7.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon. Got a little lost from the station to the hotel, but it really is not far to walk, we just came out of the wrong exit. There were quite a few people at reception when we arrived but they were quickly seen to before we checked in. We had room 110 which was usual Ibis standard. We only had breakfast on one day, but there is plenty to choose from for a reasonable price. As a Silver member, I got my usual welcome drink of wine and a beer for my husband. Really helpful reception staff who helped us with travel within Lille. The metro is a few minutes walk away. We also could leave our luggage for a few hours on the day of check out. Close to everything in Lille. Highly recommended!

Situated on a homeless filled street with vomit all along the street. Poor security of hotel. The reception staff was rude. The hotel room is a tiny shoebox, poorly cleaned. With 1970s MDF furnishings. Our toilet flush did not work. Don’t stay here, it’s terrible. Go to Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais instead, much nicer, much cleaner.

Tested Covid positive so unable to travel Eurostar changed train tickets this hotel refused to change dates even though dates were available at cheaper price than what we had paid, but were unhelpful and just refused any compromise move dates charge a date change fee wanted to charge full price for our cancellation and full price to rebook not great customer service experience and won’t be using this chain in the future.

The employees at reception were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, location is good, close to the train station and the center. good restaurants close to the hotel. Good breakfast......
