Good style and location, mediocre room experience

The hotel had a great feel and atmosphere but the room was lacking expected accessories for the high room price. TV radio only had French stations. Number of normal Freeview TV stations limited. Room was a disabled room which we didn't get advised about beforehand. Had to sit on the toilet on top toes. Kettle was extremely noisy. Room 421.

Somewhat surprised based on previous Mama Shelter stays that the bar/restaurant was rather subdued and uncrowded. Did not appreciate not having control of my room temperature control & having to go to the front desk to request adjustments.

After staying in Lyons Mamma Shelter in March I was very excited to try the London edition and it didn’t disappoint. Check in was very friendly and professional and our rooms were excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, I also thought the bathrooms were great too. We had a few drinks and fries in the lobby area that were also super. I’d happily stay here again.

Everything fine as usual except my TV didn't work when I arrived. I reported it twice and nothing was done and finally on the 2nd day around 6pm I reported it again and then finally it was sorted
