Lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff Views absolutely stunning inside and out Easy walking distance to old town and lovely promenade walk Lapad (round trip is possible, roughly 6 miles but well worth the views as you walk round the edge of the peninsula) Breakfast brilliant and plentiful, choices amazing - couldn’t fault it Spa facilities included apart from massage To be honest we didn’t use the facilities to their full in the hotel as just so much we wanted to see outside - Dubrovnik you did not disappoint My only slight criticism that I have is the areas leading to our room (level 1) are in need of an upgrade - the carpets and walls have seen better days - this being said it did not detract from the overall luxury of the hotel

This is just not a hotel but rather a destination resort. It has indoor and outdoor pool with direct sea access. We loved our room which was close to the outdoor pool. We love that the room was facing the sunrise and the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We love the birthday surprise provided as well as the mini bathrobe and slippers waiting for our son. The staff are very attentive to their guest which is very much appreciated. There are so many restaurants within the hotel.

Fantastic hotels beautiful views over the sea, bedrooms are great. Breakfast amazing. Dubrovnik Old town a short walk away … can’t say enough positive things about the hotel. Dubrovnik and the people we met!

The perfect mix of relaxation and city break

We stayed at the rixos to celebrate our anniversary, and it was lovely. On arrival we had a glass of fizz and also a bottle brought to our room along with a delicious slice of cake. We stayed in a superior sea view room, and the view from our balcony was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, with so much choice. The spa facilities are lovely, and we were lucky enough to have warm enough weather to sit outside in the sunshine in the first week of April. The walk into the old town is pleasant and takes about 15-20 minutes. Ubers are really cheap and cost about 4 euros back up the hill to the hotel. A couple of nice restaurants around the hotel. Staff all very friendly.

I came with my husband to celebrate my birthday for 4 days, on arrival we were greeted with champagne and was given an upgrade WOW what a room. Restaurant for breakfast and evening dinner was excellent. Room service was excellent the staff went above and beyond ore expectations. The facilities/ pool excellent. Got to say a massive thank you to all the staff especially lyudmyla she was amazing thank you.
