Sercan really went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Right from when he picked me up at the airport, I could tell he was super hospitable. Bringing fruit for snacks was such a nice surprise and showed he pays attention to the little things. He kept up the great service the whole time I was at the hotel, making sure I had everything I wanted. His friendly vibe and professionalism is top tier.

Lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff Views absolutely stunning inside and out Easy walking distance to old town and lovely promenade walk Lapad (round trip is possible, roughly 6 miles but well worth the views as you walk round the edge of the peninsula) Breakfast brilliant and plentiful, choices amazing - couldn’t fault it Spa facilities included apart from massage To be honest we didn’t use the facilities to their full in the hotel as just so much we wanted to see outside - Dubrovnik you did not disappoint My only slight criticism that I have is the areas leading to our room (level 1) are in need of an upgrade - the carpets and walls have seen better days - this being said it did not detract from the overall luxury of the hotel

This is just not a hotel but rather a destination resort. It has indoor and outdoor pool with direct sea access. We loved our room which was close to the outdoor pool. We love that the room was facing the sunrise and the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We love the birthday surprise provided as well as the mini bathrobe and slippers waiting for our son. The staff are very attentive to their guest which is very much appreciated. There are so many restaurants within the hotel.
