One of the coolest hotels I‘ve ever seen! I stayed in one of the Medium Jungle Rooms and the view across the zoo was just amazing, the sounds so relaxing. The bed was super-comfy, I often find hotel mattresses too soft, but this one was just perfect. Never again anywhere else in Berlin!

A comfortable and nice room in a hotel very close to public transport.

Great view on the Park from the room. The room itself is well decorated and the matress comfortable. Bikes are available to rent to explore Berlin. Public transport is very close to the hôtel. The view from the breakfast room is superb. WE will recommend this place.

Clean, amazing. Our room was huge and service is super professional. Location 10/10 Even though it's in the city center, it's calm and quiet. Shopping right around the corner, park right next to the hotel. Couldn't be better We cannot wait to be back

A great scent and friendly staff await you in the lobby. Beautiful views on the zoo - very good beds and good linens, perfect layout of the Jungle room and a fantastic breakfast with again the nicest possible waitresses (not to talk about the unbeatable view and terrace) made it a perfect stay. Check in was so frustrating, the girl disappeared for ten minutes without saying a word the she helped someone else, I had to chase her to see whether she found my reservation. The room was spacious, bed not really comfortable. I do not like having 2 small duvets instead of a big one. The wall behind the wall was super dirty full of hand’s mark. Also the card to access my floor was really annoying as I had to scan between 10-15 times before it would unlock the door, and I was not the only one. I ordered some food which was good, but it is annoying to have to go to the restaurant and walked though the Monkey Bar to get our food and carry the tray among all the people who are drinking. I did not find that this hotel was a good value for money.
