My friend and I went to the Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel. we dressed for the occasion. The offerings were exceptional. I loved the sandwiches especially the lamb. The scones melted in your mouth with distinct flavors. The desserts were both delicious and mouth watering. After taking a bite, the sweetness gave me a great sensation of satiety, but wanting more. Kazi, our waiter, was extremely attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The entire staff was excellent and we were pampered from the beginning to the end.

Worth a visit, but a mediocre kitchen

The Plaza is certainly a great hotel, beautifull location, mediocre luncheon... the desk where we were supposed, no obliged , to drop our coats, was strangly expensive... The place has style, ot is chic, but i prefer the nearby Four Seasons.

We enjoyed a relaxing Saturday morning having tea in the Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel. Beautiful setting with delicious savory & sweet bites. The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were accommodating to my food restrictions, creating sandwiches not on the menu.

Our first visit to The Plaza and New York - we absolutely loved it!! We were first met by your outstanding receptionist Russell - what a welcome we received from him! He is truly genuine, helpful and made the start of of our holiday truly memorable. Please pass our sincere thank you’s . The Hotel oozes class and character. The staff were all amazing including the bell boys and the Concierge they are all a credit to your hotel . Hopefully us Brits will be back soon . Thank you all again. Jan & Bri Sudweeks
