Evan Narvaez is the best! We’ve been to this hotel many times. Such an amazing place to stay. Order brunch in the room for a lovely start, the service is the best of any hotel. And the location near Central Park can’t be beat with great shopping. Worth every penny to stay here.

We had such a great time with my family in The Plaza hotel for the Afternoon Tea in The Palm Court ! Shalim Khan was serving us ! He makes us feel so comfortable with his kindness and his smile ! If you go there ask for him… It was The nicest experience ..

We had a really nice experience! Shalim was very kind he took great care of us ! The taste also of every single piece was something unique in terms of styling but also in terms of taste ! And actually all the experience was one of a kind ! Worth a visit !!

Absolutely disappointed

My stay at the Plaza Hotel last year was incredibly disappointing. After staying here for my friend’s birthday, due to thinking it was the best of the best, we were left absolutely dumbfounded The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; we found a fingernail on a chair and a forgotten shoe behind it, indicating that the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. To add insult to injury, our room service breakfast arrived with a hair in my food. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail greatly detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. I would not recommend staying at the Plaza Hotel based on my experience.

Special 70th Bday for Mom

We enjoyed our special family occasion so much. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly and generous. Shalim made sure to make my mom’s 70th birthday experience one of a kind! The food is unique and tasty. Totally worth the splurge to try this NYC bucket list trip.
