INDIANS BEWARE THIS HOTEL DOES RACISM Just checked out of this hotel today with a feeling of unpleasantness. Rooms are too small . Can't fit more than 2 people . Nothing special was done even when we informed it's our anniversary. 2 major incidences that made our stay really bad , my husband was bitten by a big bug in the hotel room , we reached to SONNY on reception, the bitten area was SWELLING BAD & it was paining like hell, it was a poisonous bug, Ms SONNY on ln reception was so RUDE, the hotel had first aid room, even then she said there is no first aid & this is Thailand & we should get used to mosquito bites ...even after telling her repeatedly to give us an antiseptic cream or Dettol she rudely said NO FIRST aid. She left us in pain . At the time of checkout , there was a bell boy who was helping with everyone's luggage, there was a cab before ours & that bellboy was helping with 7-8 bags of that thai lady ..when our turn came we had just 3 bags & he didnt help us ...when I said please help me in putting bags in our cab , he RUDELY said the driver will help& just went infront of us & didn't help , if this is not Racism then what is it ? Thailand people you get so many Indian tourists & you I'll treat Indians like us ? NEVER Coming back , this is a message to hotel owner if he's reading this , such a pathetic staff will spoil your hotel reputation.

This hotel is super nice and convenient. Nice staff especially reception lady. I had a good time and she recommended very delicious local seafood restaurant. Room is ok, small but comfy, there are 2 pools. The pool on lobby full of kids, pool on upper more calm. From hotel walk 5 minutes to beach and shopping area. Great value.

It's a great value for money.Kids friendly pool and lovely breakfast spread, good staff and centrally located. Terminal 21, Indian restaurants and many food options available at a walking distance. The Pattaya beach also is at a walkable distance

The hotel's location is perfect for a pleasant stay. It is away from bustling party areas yet conveniently close to the shopping mall and the beach. I greatly appreciate the complimentary service for registering short-term visitors. The room is nice and clean, suitable for people who aren't overly particular. The room service provided prompt delivery. The hotel maintenance aligns with ACCOR's midscale standard. I reduced my rating by one star due to the staff's manner towards guests, which could be more professional and improved. Despite being a repeat guest and an ACCOR loyalty status classic member, I didn't notice any special treatment or privileges that would distinguish my stay from a regular guest's.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights with our friends and their son's family, with two children 5years and 7years. The hotel is well located for a family break with small children at the north end of Pattaya away from the more rowdy end. The hotel is 400mts from the beach side road and 400mts from the back road which has more malls and variation than the beach road’s endless bars and restaurants. You can just flag down and jump on one of the hundreds of “Baht Buses” anywhere on-route, which shuttle along the beach road and return along the back road and get off and on where ever you want. They even go to the Jomtien Beach, the next resort along past Pattaya’s headland. So full marks for location with a family. The hotel itself is OK although a bit disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, but the rooms are basic and a bit tired and worn, although the room was cleaned everyday and towels changed it seemed like the cleaners were not given much time per room and so the general cleanliness of the room was only just OK. We did not eat at the hotel as there are dozens of varied places to eat only a few minutes walk away, with entertainment and soooo much cheaper than the hotel. A plus is the children’s play pool with slides, waterfall and fun for the kids, which is OK for a short break but the novelty might wear off on a longer stay. OVERALL VERDICT - OK for a short stay with kids for the novelty of the play pool, location good, staff nice, but rooms are under par.
