This apartment did not disappoint, it was very clean, the sofa was comfy, the beds also very comfy and firm, the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud, literally. The best thing about our stay was Linda on reception she was the nicest person you could ever meet, very attentive and she was so bubbly and kind! She honestly made our stay, she is a star! X

Good clean accommodation in the centre of Birmingham very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was very nice, the lady ( sorry can’t remember her name ) who made / served breakfast is superb and a credit to the company / business. Subsidised parking nearby was an added bonus.

I stayed at the hotel in early May, with four of us sharing a room. I slept on one of the additional beds which was surprisingly comfortable and quiet for a city centre location. A tasty breakfast was included and the host colleague was very friendly and accommodating.

Superb hotel, great staff and the breakfast was 10/10 - special mention to the person managing breakfast Sunday 5th May, she was great! Bed was comfortable and easily set up for 4 adults in the room with room to spare. Highly recommended - also parking validated at the hotel for Moor St Car Park.

I highly recommend this place in Birmingham, located right in the heart of underground bars and clubs. Despite its central location, it surprisingly offers a quiet and peaceful environment. During my stay, I met some wonderful people, each with their unique stories. The lady at the reception desk (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms have everything one may need, including a kitchen to prepare meals, and there's also a small tuck shop downstairs with everything you may need. I couldn't have been happier with my stay here.
