This was my second stay in Pullman Saigon Centre after the Covid pandemic. The Hotel location is excellent and only walking distance to the famous Bui Vien walking street. I used to stay in Pattaya frequently and Bui Vien Bars there have attraction to me. During my first stay last month April, I was impressed by the Front Office Manager Ms Nguyen (Misa)who met me personally at the Executive Lounge. She is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I should has encountered some minor unpleasant experiences but she turned over the service in a very professional ways. I’ve a very happy and pleasant experience during my stays . The team at the Food ConneXion and Executive Lounge services are awesome. Would like give compliment to the Executive Lounge Ms Khánh. Her interaction to guest is super great. Kudos to the General Manager Mr Benjamin Castel who leading the team.

Grate stay in Saigon

We stayed 2 night in this hotel at the end of ours Vietnam tour. The room is grate and with a good view. The breakfast is very good and has a good choice of International food (less european and more asian). The personnel Is really kind. On ours departure date we stayed a couple of hour at the swimming pool end Gia was really kind and friendly.

A great stay in a busy city. Phenomenal Team. Thanks Chau and Reception Team.

I loved the hospitality of the staff and quality of service here. Great breakfast and location! The staff here helped us with tours and also finding taxis. A must for any foreign travelers to the city. We had a great stay here. Thank you to the team :) also thanks to Chau for welcoming us at the hotel and helping us navigate the hotel. We will be back soon !!

Pullman hotel is very good location , staff is very friendly , my room is 1102 , stay from 17 to 20 may 2024 , the staff show me many thing about Saigon , many thanks to Concierge team , Mr.Phat , Phu , they recommend very good about the restaurant , the spa
