Many restaurants are very affordable, so it's easy to sample authentic Roman cuisine. And you can eat just as well at a small trattoria as in big-name place. But don't forget to bring along a solid appetite, since after the starters and before dessert, you have to have not one, but two courses. It's the tradition! |
