- When to go?
If you are not a fan of sub-zero temperatures, moon-boots and snowball fights, then aim for the June-to-September period, and in late June you can catch the International Reggae Festival. Early July brings an air of Jazz to Montreal as the city hosts one of the largest jazz festivals in the world!

The bus and metro lines work through the year, and taxis are always available. Sporty folk can get cycle around in summer and ski in winter!
