- When to visit?
Avoid the Cannes film festival in May unless you are here for the stars and don’t mind the crowd and inflated prices. In July and August you can get the best of Cannes and even catch the summer fireworks shows.
- How to get around?
While it is easy to get around Cannes on foot, the Azur bus service runs throughout the area. There are also a variety of taxi companies to choose from and even a well-run limo service.
