- Every room booking is entitled to up to TWO (2) Go Singapore EZ-link Cards based on the number of occupants per room. Stand alone cards are available for purchase at the Front Office Desk only for guests booking this EZ-Go Singapore Holiday offer to a maximum number of cards based on the number of room occupants – a room booking with 3 adults in 1 room is entitled to additional purchase of 1 card; with 2 adults and 2 children is entitled to additional purchase of 2 cards. All additional cards are available at S$23 nett per card (child or adult, same rate).
- Preloaded attractions on the card are to be redeemed during the stay period of the booking made.
- The Hotel does not provide the Go Singapore EZ-link card with any store value in it. The Hotel is not responsible for the amount of store value that has been topped-up to the card.
- The Go Singapore EZ-link card is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash.
- Once received, the Go Singapore EZ-link cards are put in the responsibility of the guest; Hotel will not replace a lost or damaged card with a new one.
