All bookings are payable at the time of reservation and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Rooms that are part of the special offer are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates displayed are in local currency and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated.
The daily hotel credit allowance varies based on hotel brand - NZ$40 at Pullman, NZ$30 at Novotel, NZ$25 at Mercure and NZ$20 at Ibis hotels. The daily hotel credit is valid for use during your stay in the hotel between check-in and check-out time by the person(s) that booked the accommodation and is eligible for use towards food, beverages, room service, movies, internet, valet parking, spa treatments, or room upgrade. For use towards any other services please check with the front desk staff first. The daily amount can be accumulated for use, however expenses incurred in the hotel over and above the total credit, will need to be paid on check-out. Not eligible for use towards accommodation or gratuities and cannot be exchanged into cash. Not eligible for use towards conferences and events services.
