The Accor Favorite Business Guest card is a subscription card designed for companies and frequent business travelers who stay at Accor group hotels. This program offers discounts and special advantages for all stays at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, Adagio Aparthotels (excluding Adagio Access), ibis, ibis Styles and Thalassa sea & spa hotels around the world, and with our partner Europcar.
The card is a paid card, nominative and valid for 1 year from its date of issue.

How much does the Accor Favorite Guest Business card cost ?

The Accor Favorite Guest Business card costs 170€ including tax (141.67€ before tax).

How long is the Accor Favorite Guest Business card valid ?

The Accor Favorite Guest Business card is valid for 1 year from its date of issue.

How can you benefit from the advantages and discounts offered by the Accor Favorite Guest Business card ?

To benefit from the card's advantages and discounts, the Accor Favorite Guest Business cardholder must provide his/her card number when making reservations, and must imperatively present the card at the hotel's reception desk upon check-in.

What discounts does the Accor Favorite Guest Business card offer ?

You benefit from the following discounts at over 2,500 Accor hotels around the world:
  • Sofitel: 15% off all room rates (whether or not subject to restrictions)
  • Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel and Mercure: 15% off the best room rate without restrictions, and 5% of selected rates subject to restrictions
  • Suite Novotel: 10% off full suite rates for short stays (1-2 nights), and
    7% off stays of 3 nights or more, and for stays over 8 nights.
  • ibis: 10% off full room rates and restaurant services
  • ibis Styles: 10% off room rates with breakfast or half-board packages, and 5% off selected rates subject to restrictions
  • Adagio Aparthotels (excluding Adagio Access): 5% off unrestricted public rates for any stay over 4 nights minimum
  • Thalassa sea & spa: 10% on accommodations only, when combining a stay with spa treatment. Hotel brand discounts apply for all other stays.

  • You benefit from a 15% discount on the price of your Europcar car rentals in France and 12% on rentals abroad.

How do I benefit from guaranteed room availability when making a reservation ?

Your Accor Favorite Guest Business card guarantees room availability for you on the condition that you make your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival - that is, before 12:00 AM (noon), local time at the destination hotel. This guarantee applies to stays paid at regular public rates or full rates. This privilege may therefore not be combined with the reduced rate offered by your Accor Favorite Guest Business card.

How do I guarantee my room reservation ?

Please note, the reservation guarantee is not the same thing as the room availability guarantee (see FAQ question "How do I benefit from guaranteed room availability when making a reservation?"). Your Accor Favorite Guest Business card does not guarantee your reservation. You must provide a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, and therefore hold the reservation in case of late arrival after 6:00 PM (2:00 PM in some countries). In case of a non-canceled reservation (no-show), the amount of the first night will be debited from the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation, according to the destination hotel's policy. For your security and to protect your personal information, your credit card information is not stored from one reservation to the next.

Why do you ask for my credit card when I arrive at the hotel ?

The credit card number you provide upon arrival simply offers a payment guarantee.

If your Accor Favorite Guest Business card is lost, stolen, or damaged, sign in to your account on Accorhotels.com and request a duplicate card in the "Contact us" section.

What is the ibis BUSINESS card ?

The ibis BUSINESS card is a paid membership card that is valid for one year and offers discounts and special benefits at all participating ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels worldwide (except in China).

How much does the ibis BUSINESS card cost?

The ibis BUSINESS card costs 90€ per year, not including temporary promotions or particular local conditions.

How long is the ibis BUSINESS card valid for?

It is valid for one year from the date of issue.

What discounts does it offer me?

You can enjoy discounts in all participating ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels worldwide (except in China) : 10% off the room price (off the full rate or the rate displayed at the hotel), breakfast and dinner, every day.

How can I benefit from the availability guarantee?

The ibis BUSINESS card guarantees room availability in the ibis, ibis Styles or ibis budget hotel of your choice , or in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category, provided you book before noon at least two days prior to your arrival. This guarantee only applies to stays charged at public or full rates, on which the ibis BUSINESS member receives a 10% discount. You can therefore enjoy a discount as well as the guarantee. Certain hotels are excluded from these conditions, either all year round or on certain dates.

How do I guarantee my room reservation?

The ibis BUSINESS card is not a guarantee in the event of late arrival at the hotel. To guarantee your booking, whatever time you check in, you are requested to provide a credit card number at the time of booking. For your security and to protect your personal data, your card number is not held from one reservation to another. If the reservation is not canceled, the amount for the first night will be debited from your card.

Why am I asked for my credit card when I arrive at the hotel?

A card number is taken on your arrival simply as a guarantee of payment.

    You can buy the ibis BUSINESS card only by credit card :
  • At the reception desk, during a stay in a hotel from ibis family in Europe : ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget
