Bookings are payable at time of reservation and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. All rates are per night for single, twin or double occupancy in a standard room. Rates are subject to change and are based on a limited allocation of rooms and subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.

Hotels located in Victoria - The "Summer Special Rate" is valid for stays from 01 December 2011 to 29 February 2012 inclusive at participating Accor hotels. Must be booked 7 or more days before date of arrival. Includes complimentary breakfast for two people.

Hotels located in Tasmania - The "Summer Special Rate" is valid for stays from 01 November 2011 to 29 February 2012 inclusive at participating Accor hotels. Must be booked 7 days or more before date of arrival. Must stay a minimum of two nights and the rate includes complimentary breakfast for two people.

Hotels located in Queensland- The "Summer Special Rate" is valid for stays from 01 November 2011 to 29 February 2012 inclusive at participating Accor hotels. Must be booked 7 or more days before date of arrival. Rates for Grand Mercure Apartments Allegra Hervey Bay and All Seasons Stradbroke Island are based on a minimum 3 night stay. Rate does not include breakfast.

Hotels located in Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia- The "Summer Special Rate" is valid for stays from 01 December 2011 to 12 February 2012 inclusive at participating Accor hotels. Must be booked 3 or more days before date of arrival. Rate includes complimentary breakfast for two people.

Hotels located in New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory- The "Summer Special Rate" is valid for stays from 01 November 2011 to 31 March 2012 inclusive at participating Accor hotels. Must be booked 7 or more days before date of arrival. Rate does not include breakfast.

For each stay booked on the “Summer Special Rate”, Accor Advantage Plus members receive their 10% discount, and A|Club members will earn double points when they stay between 1 November 2011 and 31 January 2012 (subject to the terms and conditions for individual states.).
