Because our customers travel around the world, we help them get even more out of their hotels stays through our participation in major airline loyalty programs.
Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and sometimes Suitehotel take part in these programs, either in a given country or region, or worldwide. Benefits offered around the world can be found on each Accor brand's website.
To accrue miles on hotel stays at eligible rates, customers simply present their membership card on arrival. They also regularly receive special offers allowing them to discover participating hotels around the world.
