You have two ways to search a hotel:

- If you know the exact name of your destination city, enter it on the homepage to rapidly access the selection of our hotels available at your destination for the dates you have given. When you choose your hotel, you will be asked if you wish to book it.

- If you know the code number of the hotel where you wish to stay, enter the 4-digit number on the homepage. You will immediately access the first step in the reservation process for that hotel. Hotel code numbers are listed in Accor hotel brand directories or on the hotel description pages on the mobile site as well as the Accor Group websites.

Yes, all the Accor hotels, from luxury to budget, are listed.

We suggest you consult the hotel descriptions to learn more about the hotel you wish to book. If you have additional questions, please contact the hotel directly.

To access the hotel description, enter your destination (or the hotel code number) on the homepage of our website and click on "More info" in the hotel list.

You can add 20 hotels to your favorites.

We need your bank details to validate your Internet reservations. The amount shown will be debited by the hotel only at check-out. Certain reservations may require prepayment (see conditions for rate booked) made directly by the hotel for all or part of your stay. Our reservations system is completely secure, which means you can provide this information in full confidence. If you do not wish to submit your bank details on the Internet to guarantee your reservation, Accor Hotels offers you the possibility to contact your nearest reservations center.

Our mobile site allows you to reserve only one room per hotel. If you need other rooms at the same hotel please make a new reservation.

It is not yet possible to book with preferential rates on the mobile site. This service will be available soon.

You can make same-day reservations on our Internet sites up to a certain time, which varies depending on the hotel (5:00pm for Etap Hotel and Formule 1). For last-minute reservations, please contact the hotel in which you wish to stay directly; hotel contact details are given on the hotel description page.

Go to "View reservations" on the mobile site to check that your reservation has been recorded.

A technical error may have occurred during the confirmation of your reservation. We recommend that you use the "Contact" function on the mobile site homepage.

To view or cancel your reservation :
If you made your reservation with the mobile phone that you are currently using, go to "View reservation" and select your reservation number.
Or go to "View reservation" to retrieve your reservation, first making sure you have at hand the confirmation number given to you when you made your reservation as well as your check-in date. To modify your reservation online, you must first cancel it then made a new reservation.
It is not possible at this time to view reservations made on other distribution channels (Internet, Call Center, etc.) on the mobile site.

To guarantee your security and ensure greater confidentiality, our mobile site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption software. Your bank details and any other information you input when filling out different online forms are automatically encrypted and protected during transmission over the Internet.
SSL automatically encrypts information before it is transmitted over the network. It is only once the information has arrived on our server that it is decrypted using a unique key.
