  1. 1 - Is access to the mobile platforms free of charge?
    Our mobile services are free of charge! The iPhone application is available free of charge from the App Store and access to the mobile website is also free. For these two platforms, you will only be charged for your mobile Internet connection.

  1. 3 - How do I search for and reserve a hotel?

    On the iPhone application:
    In addition to the access methods described below, the iPhone application allows you to search for a hotel
    - near to your current location using GPS integrated into the iPhone. By default, the search field shows ""Nearby."" If you wish to search for a hotel near your current location, you just have to enter the date and launch the search.
    - from an interactive map: at the side of the field where you enter your destination, there is a globe. Click on this icon to launch an interactive map automatically. Move the map in relation to the cursor, zoom in and out, and when the cursor is positioned over the destination of your choice, launch the search. This will take you to the list of hotels available for this destination.

    On the mobile website:
    - In the relevant field, enter the name of the destination city or country. This will take you to a list of hotels that are available on the dates you have entered. Reservation will be offered to you when you have selected the hotel of your choice from this list.
    - In the same field, you can also enter the four-digit hotel code, if you know it, which will allow you to speed up your reservation.

    Yes, you will find all hotels in all Accor brands, from luxury to budget.
  3. 5 - How can I find out about a hotel's features (rooms for guests with reduced mobility, pets welcome, smoking rooms, etc.)?
    Please view the hotel description pages to find out more about the hotel you wish to reserve. Each hotel description page, whether in the iPhone application or on the mobile website, contains pictograms: click on each one to display descriptive information in text. To access the description page for a hotel, perform a search as described under question 3, and click on the hotel of your choice in the results list.

  1. 7 - Do I need my credit card to make a reservation?

    Your bank details are required to confirm your reservations on the mobile platforms. The amount displayed will not be debited directly by the hotel until the end of your stay. Certain reservations may require prepayment (see the reserved rate conditions) made directly with the hotel for all or part of your stay. Our entirely secure reservation system allows you to send us these details without need for concern. If you do not wish to leave your bank details on one of our mobile platforms to guarantee your reservation, Accorhotels.com offers you the possibility of contacting your nearest reservations department.

  2. 8 - How many rooms can I reserve from my cell phone?
    The mobile platforms only allow you to reserve one room per hotel in the same reservation. If you need additional rooms for the same hotel, please renew the reservation as many times as necessary to get the number of rooms you want. For each reservation, you will receive a unique reference number and a confirmation by SMS or email.
  3. 9 - Can I book with my preferential rate (loyalty card, rate with Accor contract) on the mobile website?
    If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Preferential code" field in the search area during your search. If this rate is still available in the hotel of your choice, you will be able to reserve it. However, it is not yet possible to reserve with loyalty card or Accor contract rates on your cell phone. This service will be available soon.
  4. 10 - Until what time is it possible to make a reservation from my cell phone?
    You can reserve a hotel using the iPhone application or the mobile website up to one hour before your arrival, depending on the hotel (5pm for Etap and Formule 1 hotels). For your last minute reservations, please contact the hotel you wish to stay in directly; the contact details are listed on the description page. NEW! On the iPhone application, you can now add all the details of the hotel of your choice directly to your contacts list. After having saved these details, you will be able to contact the hotel's reservation department directly by telephone or email.
  5. 11 - What do I do if I experience a technical problem (loss of signal, for example) in the course of finalizing the reservation?
    A technical error may occur during confirmation of the reservation. We recommend that you go to the Contact us section on the homepage of the mobile website.
All you need to know about viewing and canceling reservations
  1. 12 - How do I view or cancel a reservation?

    To view or cancel your reservation:
    go to the "My Account" tab from the iPhone application or the mobile website. If your reservation was made from the terminal you are currently using, your reservation will be displayed automatically in the "View or cancel your reservations" section. To cancel your reservation, display the details of the reservation and click on the "Cancel the reservation" button.

    If you are using a cell phone other than the one used to make the reservation you now wish to cancel, find the confirmation number sent to you at the time of making your reservation, as well as the arrival date of your stay and the relevant last name, then search for it in the "Search a reservation" section. To cancel your reservation, display the details of the reservation and click on the "Cancel your reservation" button.

    To modify a reservation online, you must first cancel the reservation, and then make a new reservation.

    Reservations made using other distribution channels (Internet, Call Center, etc.) cannot currently be viewed from the mobile platforms.

    - Only the amount given in the local currency of the hotel's country is guaranteed.
    - For rates which allow it, you may cancel your reservation in accordance with the conditions associated with the rate, if your plans change. To do this, use the cancellation section on the website or contact the hotel directly.
