  • 1 - Is access to our mobile platforms free?

    Our mobile services are free of charge!
    Applications and access to the mobile website are available free of charge. For both platforms, all you need to pay for is your mobile Internet connection.
    To find out your connection costs, please contact your service provider directly.

  • 2 - How can I access the mobile platforms?

    Type www.accorhotels.com into your mobile web browser to access a mobile version of the site.

  • 7 - Do I need my credit card to make a reservation?

    Your bank details are required to validate reservations made using mobile platforms. The amount indicated will not be debited from your account until the end of your stay, upon payment at the hotel. Some reservations may require partial or full advance payment made directly to the hotel using our payment platform (please consult the conditions of the rate reserved). You can send your bank details in complete confidence using our fully-secure reservation system. If you do not wish to enter your details using the mobile website to guarantee your reservation, Accorhotels.com will be happy to help via your nearest reservation office.

  • 8 - How many rooms can I reserve ?

    The mobile website allows you to reserve one room per hotel per reservation. If you require other rooms in the same hotel, please repeat the reservation process as many times as necessary until you have reserved the number of rooms you need. For each reservation, you will receive a unique booking number and confirmation via text and email.

  • 9 - Can I reserve with my preferential rate (loyalty card, rate with Accor contract) on the mobile website?

    If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Preferential code" field in the search area during your search. If this rate is still available in your preferred hotel, you will be able to reserve it.

  • 10 - Until what time is it possible to make a reservation from my mobile phone?

    You can reserve a hotel to a particular time, depending on the hotel, on the day of your arrival. For last-minute reservations, please contact the hotel in which you wish to stay directly; contact details are listed on the description page.

  • 11 - What should I do if I experience a technical problem (loss of network signal, for example) when I am finalising the reservation?

    A technical error may have occurred during confirmation of the reservation. We recommend that you refer to the Contacts/Information section on the home page and let us know about the problem using the form provided.

  • 12 - How do I view or cancel a reservation?

    To view or cancel your reservation:

    Click on the "My reservations" tab. If your reservation was made with the device you are currently using, your reservation is displayed automatically. If you wish to cancel your reservation, display the details of the reservation by clicking on "View", then click on the "Cancel" button.

    If you are using a mobile phone other than the one used to make the reservation that you now wish to cancel, find the confirmation number sent to you at the time of making your reservation, as well as the arrival date of your stay and the surname used for the reservation. Then search for it in the "Reservations made on our website" section using another mobile phone, or via our "Reservation office". If you wish to cancel your reservation, display the details of the reservation and click on the "Cancel" button.

    To modify a reservation online, you must first cancel the reservation, and then make a new reservation.

    Reservations made using other distribution channels (Internet, Call Centre, etc.) may be viewed via the mobile website.
