Benefit from a reduction on your room rate at the time of your reservation at more than 2,000 Accor hotels.

20% on weekdays and 20% or 50% on weekends on room rates* (list of hotels that give a 20% reduction on weekends).

Furthermore, promotional rates subject to conditions on the price of the room may be offered on certain dates at accorhotels.com, Accor Reservation Services or directly at the hotel. With your Accor Favorite Guest Card, you will benefit from a 5% reduction on these rates, as well as on Suitehotel package rates.

For every stay at Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis and Accor Thalassa hotels as well as at Club Med* you will earn Compliments Points on all your expenditures* including at least one night.

Thus, for every €10 you spend at Accor you will earn 60 Compliments Points.
At Club Med, for every €10 you spend, you will earn 20 Compliments Points*.

In exchange for these Points, you will obtain Compliments® gift vouchers for your leisure stays.

Compliments® Accor hotels gift vouchers
They allow you to pay for all or part of your personal expenses on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at all hotels in the Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis, Etap Hotel, Formule 1 and Accor Thalassa networks.
When you pay with your Compliments® Accor hotels gift vouchers, you will naturally benefit from the reductions linked to your Card.

In addition, when you use your Compliments® Accor hotels gift vouchers during your stay, you will earn Compliments Points on the total amount of your expenditures at the hotel.

Compliments® Travel Club Med gift vouchers
They allow you to pay for all or part of your Club Med stay**.

10,000 Points = €100 in Compliments® Accor hotels vouchers

12,000 Points = €100 in Compliments® Travel Club Med vouchers

If you have spent a minimum of 10 nights at Accor hotels and earned 5,000 Points, you may order a Compliments® Accor hotels voucher worth €50.

You are assured of having a room
at the hotel of your choice*, even if it is full, provided you make your reservation** no later than 3 days prior to arrival.

Your room will be waiting even if your are delayed
In the event of late arrival, your reservation is maintained until noon the next day.

...and you may keep your room longer
Keep your room until 4 p.m., upon your request at check-in and subject to availability.
