    Please remember it takes seven days to credit points to your account. If points are still missing after this seven-day period, you have six months to send us your paid hotel bill.

    For all requests regarding points missing after a stay, please follow these steps:

    1. Check whether the hotel you stayed at participates in the loyalty programme (click here to see the list of non-participating hotels and brands).
    2. Please remember it takes seven days after your stay for points to be credited to your account.
    3. If your hotel does participate in the programme and the period of seven days has been exceeded, select "Report missing points after a stay".
    4. Complete the form, remember to enter your card number and attach your paid hotel bill. This bill will help us calculate points owed based on eligable expenditure.
