Always a wonderful stay only 1 minor disappointment was halfway through our stay the F&B team decided to have a minimum $80.00 pool bar spend to use the pool day beds when we had already been using them free for 2-3 days. Upon speaking with area manager Isabel she said she was trying to “close the gap” between the $400.00 a day luxury pool beds. I asked Isabel to sit down with us and actually monitor the disappointment on families faces when they arrive and see these $80.00 use signs, I asked her to watch how it separates sone families or small groups who would like to sit together when there are no direct pool side blue chairs available or when all the chairs in the warm sun are taken up and you need to sit 2-3 rows back in the shade not able to see your children in the pool. Isabel did not seem to show any interest, consideration or expression and made us feel rather uncomfortable. I also asked Isabel if she thought $1000.00+ per night didn’t warrant being able to sit on a day bed without being charged when you already have your “special area”? However we will not let 1 person spoil our amazing experience and all the wonderful work every other staff member provides at Sofitel Noosa. See you next year.

Perfect accommodation for our first stay in Noosa on Hastings Street. Great pool & facilities, wonderful array of breakfast food. Service & staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. Lovely atmosphere of the hotel downstairs and surrounding buildings. The accommodation rooms especially the bathrooms are dated and definitely require more power outlets. Bath tub I feel is not necessary rather a larger bench with his/ hers basins & bathroom storage space. Hand held shower rail/hose option. Couch also very dated. The space was rather large & very satisfied with it. Air conditioner worked well as did the ceiling fan. Rooms were maintained excellently by the friendly staff.
