The hotel bar and restaurant closed for entire stay. Two main facilities we needed while staying. Air con did not work set to heat and no control in the room. Only saw one member of staff at a time so service was very slow and trying to find them after 10pm to get a bottle of water from the locked fridge took 20 minutes.

A pleasant and comfortable stay, located nearby to a sporting event we were attending. Staff very nice and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Very bad experience. I still have not received my money for the extra night I have paid. Taxi booked didn't turn up on time. Water bottle was not replaced even tho it was a suite.....
