Pricey, Cockroaches, Ripped/stained/dirty blankets/expensive parking (used to be free to park in front of your room) No larger rubbish bins outside. Reported to reception and sent photos and unfortunately haven't received any response. For the amount of money per night my family and I were not very impressed with this accommodation.

CHECK IN: Long line in heat after a long flight and not enough check in staff for 2 motels. THE ROOM: Lot 4 - room 278 - sounds like a prison cell block. Very Dirty floor, Torn Carpet, looks like Drinks spilt on the walls, Ants on the wall near air conditioner, Ants on the bathroom wall and sink. I went to ring reception to get some ant spray but the phone didn't work so I tried to push the cord in and it was broken. So then I had to walk back to reception, with my sore foot, and ask for spray. They said they would send someone in while we went to dinner but couldn't' replace the phone. I don't know if this happened as the ants were still there when we got back, only now they were on the bed. We pay for our own room and asked our company to book us a room. I am happy to pay for a nice room. This was the worst motel room I have ever stayed at in my life. NEW POOL: The main reason I wanted to stay here was for this new pool and it was CLOSED. RESTAURANT: Dinner was very average and the salad was stale. CHECK OUT: They asked how our stay was and as I was sad so I told him about the an. They said what did the reception offer you when you came back to tell them. I said they said they would send maintenance. The checkout team said they would make note of it. The whole visit here was AWFUL. I have photos. MY QUESTION TO YOU IS: Why do you show beautiful rooms on your advertising and also the amazing new pool YET you put me in a disgusting room and a pool that isn't being able to be used? I was always happy to pay for the room in the ads? If you aren't going to open the pool you should at least let us know that prior to us arriving. Such a nice exterior yet such an awful room.

The air quality in the room was terrible the AC vents were moldy. I was corned about my health breathing this air in.

Waited 40 minutes to checkin - I have never had that before in any hotel in the world Then went to get something at the restaurant - another line waited 10 mins and hadn't advanced 1 person so left Only alternative was a snack at the pool bar - very limited choice for dinner. No room service. Had trouble finding my room in the dark.
