Hotel service is good, rooms are comfortable The only problem is with the shuttle service, you will be dependent on the bus schedule and there is no chance for walk.

Bus runs as per schedule. Is ok for low budget althouthis was tge first time inwasnt recognized as an Accor member in all my Accor hotels stays.

Ok for a low budget during peak season, but not Ibis standard. Was not recognized as an Accor Member. Rooms are just basi, the site sofa needs cleaning, stained. Water pressure extremely low. Bus works as per tge schedule, although not very convenient duri g Ramadhan but was ok and on time, just 5mins to the Al Gjazaa but station and ~ 10mins walk to Haram prayer area, although if you need to access the clock tower area for restaurants, you will need to walk more.

Confusing hotel bus stop in Haram, when we tried to return to the hotel! Food crisis; there’s no food available that we can afford! Our room doesn’t have any microwave that we can warm up and eat!

Upon my check in found the room allocated to me (701) have red and brown spots on carpet all across. The sofa chairs also looked dirty and had spots all over to the extent I couldn't sit on any. Furthermore, upon check in at the reception it was very difficult to communicate my requirements given I spoke English. Furthermore, the breakfast was very underwhelming with bland food which didn't taste very well.
