Great stay! Staff is very professional and kind. Hôtel is very clean and tidy and family friendly. I was there with my wife and two kids on the 16th March 2023 and they went above and beyond to accommodate us even though we made our booking last minute. They have a nanny available if you need childcare but make sure you make arrangements in advance. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

We were so excited to stay here on the last night of our Alsace trip after hearing such great things. The hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. However, there were a few moments that really tripped up our enjoyment. Parking was a 5 min drive away, and added a lot of shuffle to our arrival. I booked a 1-hr facial, but only received 45 min worth of treatment. And then, we were told the restaurant was open until 9:30. We arrived at 8:45, but they wouldn't seat us, even though the restaurant was half empty. Not at all a 5 star experience.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Nevertheless, we would like to take the liberty of replying. Our parking lot is just 150 metres from our main entrance (much less than 5 minutes by car.......). Concerning your treatment, as our treatment rooms are in great demand, you'll understand that if you don't arrive on time for your scheduled treatment, you'll have to postpone all our customers' treatments... We're always very flexible on this point, when room availability allows, but we can't do the same when other customers are waiting for a treatment after you... Finally, on the subject of the restaurant, you should have reserved a table beforehand, so that we can wait for you and, with great pleasure, welcome you.... at 8:45 p.m. or any other time for that matter. Please note that our restaurant only has one service, so just because some tables were empty when you came by (again, without prior reservation), doesn't mean that we were necessarily able to serve other guests. But we could have explained all this to you in person, if only you'd given us the chance to do it on the spot, at Maison....., instead of waiting to come in and put a negative review, which impacts teams working daily for the well-being and satisfaction of our dear customers...
