Not only did he adorn the bed with rose petals, delicately arranging their initials, but he also curated a romantic atmosphere with wine and glasses, ensuring every detail was perfect. To top it off, he thoughtfully delivered movie snacks, elevating their evening to an unforgettable experience. His attention to detail and dedication to making moments memorable are truly commendable. Thank you, Philip, for your exceptional service and for making their anniversary truly magical.

Tre was amazing! He took the time to explain the reasons why different alcohols pair with foods and certain drinks. It was an education I needed! The Fairmont is a very classy place to unwind and relax with friends and Tre added to the experience!

Classy hotel in a great position for seeing the sights

Crossbadger TripAdvisor review

We stayed in 7 hotels during our Texas road trip and this was the pick of the bunch. Feels (and smells!) classy from the minute you walk in the door. Excellent receptionist too. Rooms very comfortable with all the amenities you would want for a two day stay, a very comfortable bed and good pillows. Bar area is excellent and a Starbucks on site is a bonus. Anything worth doing in Dallas is within reasonable walking distance so it is perfectly positioned.
