Cozy environment with cute bears and the afternoon tea set was delicious. Each of us get a set of Sulwhasoo skin care products, super worth! The staff were very helpful & friendly. Special thanks to John, Chris, Ben & Justin for making our birthday celebration wonderful & memorable!

I went to Racines for ala carte dinner and dessert with my daughter for her birthday. The manager ( i think is called Wenz) is exceptionally professional. He even prepared a surprise birthday cake for her. He is truly an asset to your hotel. I ordered black cod, crab meat fried rice, mushroom veloute which is very nice to my taste. Will certainly come back.

The service was so good that i want to come back again 🤩 there is a guy call wenz really make the experience more enjoyable. Do try the Black Cod Fish and the soufflé. Both are so good omg 🫶🏻🫶🏻 the food was surprisingly so delicious until we were so full to even move 🤣

Review on the friendly service: My table was sevred by Wenz. He served & attended to us readily, he coordinated with the chefs to request less spicy for all the thai food that we ordered. To conclude, he made a memorable experience for my family & I, we feel welcome & received with warmth as he also engaged with us & ask how was the food and he is very smiley although, guest were coming dining gradually as it was peak hours Review on the Thai food: • Appetiser - Spicy wagyu beef Beef its tender, sauce goes well with the wagyu beef very appetiser. • Mains - Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai Goong, Pad Cha: Our favourite was Pad Cha. The texture were soft & fragrance was mouth watering that goes well with the rice. Tom yum was dilute without much aroma can be improved, Pad Thai was average can be better. • Desserts - Mango sticky rice, Red rubies: Glutious rice is well cooked & goes well with the coconut but mango is not too ripe which my family enjoyed. I love the red rubies, its not too sweet & just nice for my taste buts.
