I was dubious about this hotel due to some of the reviews on here. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff were really friendly, our room was spotless and the beds were really comfy. The only downside for me was the noise. Whilst I wasn't expecting peace and quiet on a Saturday night in a city centre, it was noisier than other city centre hotels I have stayed in. Although they do provide earplugs, which we didn't find until the morning. The hotel is really well located, and great value for money. Despite the noise, I would still stay here again.

The place smells and is in urgent need of an upgrade, the breakfast is a joke and overall apart from two members of staff, the others don't seem to care

Couldn’t believe the smell the breakfast was so disappointing on both days the beer was expensive rooms so hot couldn’t turn the radiator down carpets thread bare

Staff were great and very friendly. The room 203 requires some updating and freshening up. The bathroom was lovely and modern. Had a good stay with you and would stay again.
