Hotel withstood the recent earthquake, which is good. Overall this is an average Mecure in that it's decor and fittings are ready for a refurbishment. Car park is a little compact. Don't bring a large car if you want to park here. Rooms and service were OK and staff polite and friendly.

The hotel is near the centre of Wellington, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that I arrived on a Saturday and was woken a number of times during the night by revellers outside returning home after bars and clubs closed. On Sunday it was much quieter but there was still traffic noise from the road outside.

Great location within easy walking distance to the city center, Cuba St, waterfront, restaurants & Bars. Friendly staff and comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep helped make our stay here again an enjoyable one.

Located in the epicentre of town very close to the CBD. It also has access to some good restaurants & bistros that are a must do in Wellington. It also has quick access to highway 1 for those having a rented car. The bathrooms are clean but outdated
Waited one hour for to access our room. Main Meal. Ordered a Rib Eye Steak Medium Rare and received an unnamed steak well done. Staff Friendly but Hotel and Service not up to the normal Accor Standard
