Ficamos por uma noite nesse hotel em uma viagem de carro. Como ele fica bem perto da estrada notamos que acaba sendo hotel de passagem de muitos viajantes e trabalhadores da região. Para uma noite foi excelente, o quarto era amplo, o chuveiro era bom. O café da manhã é bem completo. Apesar de ser pet friendly, o pet não pode frequentar o restaurante que não tem nenhuma área aberta. Então nossa família teve que ser revezar no cafe da manhã. Sendo pet friendly eles poderiam pensar em uma área pet no restaurante para facilitar. Mas recomendamos bastante o hotel caso precise pernoitar no Espírito Santo.

I entered the hotel about 10pm, and asked for 2 rooms. The man at the front desk told me the price and told me that if we stayed in the same room, would pay just for one room and not charge as if it were 2. We took all our luggages off the car and came back to do the check in. After making the check in for the room and paying with my credit card, the man at the front desk said the the other guest would have to pay the same amount, which mean, paying 234 reais as well to stay in the same room, while he said that the individual room was 234. After this, I asked him to return the money to my card that I would go to another hotel, he did something on his computer and said the transaction was cancelled, so I asked him for the receipt from the credit card and he didn't want to give it to me. After more than 50 minutes he called someone and this person told him how to return the money to my card, so he finally did and gave me the receipt. VERY bad service. I always stay at Ibis, but this time was horrible.

Acreditamos que possa ter sido um mal entendido. Cada quarto individual tem um valor. Neste dia o preço de cada quarto para 1 pessoa era R$ 234. Como vocês ficariam no mesmo quarto, o preço de um apartamento para 2 pessoas não fica R$ 234 e sim outra tarifa - no caso para este dia o valor para duas pessoas no mesmo quarto era R$ 319. Ou seja, quarto individual tem um valor e o quarto duplo outro valor. Talvez tenha sido essa a falha na explicação do nosso colaborador. Reiteramos nossas sinceras desculpas pelo mal entendido.
