Your hotel is the only Accor one where I never get offered an upgrade as loyal Diamond member. The rooms are super small and given the not low price, the value for money is out off balance in my eyes

Dreadful basement room with no space between beds to move. Entertainment package just a tv, advertised smartphone for use non existent, Alexa did not work, 2 robes instead of 3 & even though we asked for a 3rd was not received. Airport shuttle was just a taxi. Had to drag our bags ourselves up the stairs outside even though one of our party is disabled

When you raised your concerns with our team, we offered an alternative option of two rooms next to each other, with the second room being complimentary and no additional fees. However, this offer was declined. In terms of amenities, each room is equipped with a phone and an Alexa device, which is considered a smart device. We are not obliged to provide a smartphone, and the inclusion of Alexa is an extra touch from our side to enhance your experience. During your stay, you were offered complimentary drinks at the bar and a free breakfast, both of which you accepted without hesitation. Our team went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We value all feedback, but it’s important to note that the review posted does not fully reflect the efforts made by our team to address your concerns. A lovely hotel in a quiet spot overlooking a small green square and only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Friendly staff, comfortable room with all amenities. Wide range of food for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel
