Public space is designed perfectly with a quiet area for guests to relax, read and play board games. Breakfast offerings were excellent. 1 bedroom apartment (1017) compact but clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated a starter pack of tea bags and milk. Well insulated so no street noise. Right on tram line. 4 stops to main station. Staff were very helpful with advice for travel.

We stayed in the Frankfurt Adagio for 4 days on a family trip, and loved it. The room set up was great, the flexibility allowed by the small kitchen and the toilet/shower separation of rooms really helped our trip. We are looking into staying at more Adagio Aparthotels in the future!

"I have stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel multiple times in the past, primarily before 2020. This time, I chose to stay there again due to its convenient location and spacious rooms/apartments. However, I noticed that the bed sheets and towels had a strange smell and looked quite old and worn-out, which was disappointing. I would suggest to change them.

The experience I had could have been better. The location is perfect. I travelled to Frankfurt with my family for work where I was supposed to have a meeting. There were some problems with my arrival flight due to delays and other issues but the operator at the reception was very kind and friendly. He even promised us that the morning after the hotel would offer us the breakfast (that It was not include in my booking) as a courtesy support. The moning after I tried to have breakfast with my family but it was denied by the present manager. A person with a unpleasant humor and sarcasm that made me, and my family, feel very uncomfortable. I ,as a leader of engineers, where supposed to manage a trip again in Frankfurt for another meeting next month with all families (aprox. 30 families) and I was thinking about this Hotel. After this experience I will choose a different Hotel. Unpolite personnel is unacceptable. Very bad.

We regret that you were not satisfied with your stay and are pleased that you have given us the opportunity to share our point of view in response to your review: You booked a non-flexible rate and were not able to start your journey as planned, but a day later. We understand that this is annoying. You asked our staff member on arrival if he could provide free breakfast for your family as compensation. The colleague declined, as the late arrival was not our fault. He also mentioned to you that we are happy to compensate when we make mistakes, but this is not the case. He made a note of this communication that evening in our shift log for the colleague on the next morning shift. The next morning, you tried to get a free breakfast for your family despite a clear denial the previous evening. The colleague behaved completely correctly, even if this seemed humourless to you. We understand that mistakes happen and try to resolve them as hospitably and easily as possible. However, in this particular case there was no mistake on our part.
