Ne… Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

On reception we were greeted with a warm welcome by a lady who was clearly fluent in multiple languages. She made us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Checkin was seemless and our room, while small, was delightful and clean. Towels were refreshed daily and extra towels were made available when requested. There was alway someone at the front desk available to take our call and to greet on return. I also forgot my power adapter and thankfully the hotel had a selection to choose from. Checkout was also seamless. I'll gladly stay again at Mercure on my next visit to Paris and would recommend it to other visitors.

We have stayed in privilege room, which is quite spacious, interesting artistic design. Sound proof, no outside noizes heard. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is located near metro stations, cafes and supermarkets, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, the stuff is very friendly and speak English, the breakfast is super you will love it, croissants are the best! We enjoy are days stay and we totally recommend
