Poor management and no elevator though this is a family hotel.

Good location for us but we stayed only 1 night so could not rate all asopects to the hotel.

Nice hotel and good staff but we had very noisy neighbours who made a lot of noise until 2am.... restaurant was busy bit food was ok, beach bar was ok.

We stayed at the 2-bedroom beachfront pool villa. We felt that our villa experienced could be made better if a few amenities ( such as fridge and proper turn down service) were added to the master bedroom. The dinner service at the restaurant was very slow though the taste was excellent. The staff was also very nice and eager to help and we truly appreciated it. I think it is a good hotel for a family. However, the villa experience is not yet up to the par with other hotel of the same price range.

Mostly enjoyed our stay, though some room for improvement.

Overall had an enjoyable stay, though I would also say there is some room for some improvement. Grateful to be able to receive a generous room upgrade and the rooms are nicely done and spacious here (though not a fan of the bathroom in the room with curtain kind of design). There was also a nice sundeck outside with plenty of space. Staff is very friendly and kind here, from the check-in staff (not sure who thought it was a good idea to design the check in lobby as it is fully outside, because it must be crazy hot to work there), to people at the restaurant and housekeeping as well. Can't fault them at all and we also enjoyed the food at both the regular restaurant as well as the beach restaurant. Breakfast had plenty of options and though not every hot dish was as good as in the evening, overall this was a good start of the day. There are a few pools that can be used, and though they are nice, maintenance could be better. Quite a few leaves and dirt in the pools, especially the pool at the restaurant. Overall feel there is a slight shortage of staffing in terms of upkeep since there were leaves everywhere (though staff is sweeping) and some of the bushes (especially in between rooms) seem to have not been watered enough. Small things but with a bit more organization and an eye on maintenance this could be better. Resort is very child friendly so that is something to consider if not coming with children. Definitely a good place to go for families with kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the food and had a relaxing week.

Very family friendly hotel! I was there with my daughter and that was a very good choice ! They offer a lot of free activities for children and families but you can also relax in quiet areas… the spa is great. Special thanks to Fa at the front office and to Noi at the spa, they made us feel very comfortable :)
