The resort is clean, beautiful and comfortable. All the staff were kind and considerate to make the trip comfortable. Alex, the staff in charge of our room, checked and helped me with the necessary parts every day. He helped me to get the spa and move whenever I wanted, and helped me with other travel schedules. My family and I were moved by Alex's careful consideration. So I want to come to the Premier Village for next summer vacation. Thank you Alex :) I am very happy that the Da Nang trip that I prepared for my grandmother and mother was successful. Thank you for the Premier Village. :)

We decided to stay a week in Danang instead of Thailand and so glad we did. The resort location is great as it’s close to convenience stores and street food restaurants. The resort had everything thing we needed and more for our family group of 8. The highlights were breakfast which was delicious, the spa treatment and on the last night we had bbq at our villa which was beautifully done!

The location is great and excellent for families. We wanted to express our gratitude to Sally and the whole team , not only were they attentive they also did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Prior to arriving Sally communicated through WhatsApp to ensure we had arranged airport transfer to the hotel. Check in was fast and we were whisked away to our villa. Throughout our stay we communicated with Sally and her team through WhatsApp and she arranged all our trips , spa treatments and transportation. All very seamless. Breakfast gets very busy in the morning so either plan to get there by 7.15am or after 9am. Food options are broad enough. We had a slight issue with dinner one evening at their restaurant but Sally and her team resolved it efficiently and also sent through complimentary fruits to the villa. Extremely thoughtful. Overall we recommend getting the villas close to the beach. The beach itself is amazing and we would not hesitate to return here.
