The hotel is in the center with good location and access to public transportation, it’s neat and clean too. How ever the service and issue resolution to problems or to complain is not to the expected standards. Staff is not welcoming

Great hotel, perfect location and good breakfast! Perfect for a weekend in Riga! Very close to tourist attractions and very comfortable! Hotel staff very friendly and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. Very close to the main shopping centre.

Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. We really liked breakfast. Great location. I only found two negative aspects - bartender at the bar (rude and openly expresed his disatisfation) and the fair dryer (It takes ling time to dry hair)

This was a business trip fully paid through travel agency. Anyway had to leave my personal credit card or cash deposit and then wait for room to be checked on checkout. I don't know the reason for that, maybe looking for some visitors take your pillows, but very unsolid from hotel and I not planning to stay next time in Mercure.
